Investment Shares

Looking to purchase Class A Shares, Series 1 or Series 2 (“Investment Shares”)? Now is the time!

Every year, a limited number of Luminus Investment Shares come available for purchase from other members who have indicated that they wish to sell their Investment Shares. This can happen at any point during the year. Currently, we have a list of Investment Shares holders who wish to sell to other Luminus members and are collecting names from those who would like to make use of this excellent investment opportunity. Investment Shares will be available on a first-come-first-served basis and will be transferred by special approval of the Board this November.

Why invest in Investment Shares?

Investment Shares are an excellent long-term investment option for members*. They provide an attractive annual dividend** (3.25% in 2017) and, because they are RRSP and TFSA eligible, they are a suitable addition to your portfolio. Want to know more about Investment Shares? **Dividends are if, as, and when declared by the Board, and are not guaranteed. Investment Shares are not insured by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA).

† Investment Shares can only be redeemed by the shareholder after a minimum 5 year period, and to a maximum of 10% of the outstanding Investment Shares of the appropriate series according to Luminus’ audited financial statements for its previous fiscal year.
