Virtual Annual General Meeting Notice

2020 AGM Notice

Attention All Members:

Please note our virtual Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, June 25, 2020.

The virtual Annual General Meeting will be held through an Online Web Platform.

The virtual Annual General Meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m.

The purpose of the meeting is:
  1. To receive the report of the Board of Directors, the Audit Committee, the Financial Statements and the Auditor’s Report. Copies will be sent to you electronically once you register for the meeting, and will be available at the offices of Luminus Financial ten (10) days prior to the meeting.
  2. To appoint Tinkham and Associates LLP as the auditor for the current year and to authorize the Board of Directors to fix the remuneration of such auditor.
  3. To announce the results of the election of Directors held prior to the meeting. With regard to the director elections, each member who has provided an email address to the Credit Union will receive a unique email from Simply Voting, which will be handling the director elections. This unique email will allow the member to vote in the director elections between Monday, June 9, 2020 at 9:00 am and Friday, June 19, 2020 at 5:00 pm. The email will contain full voting instructions.
  4. To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.

Please note: Our Branches, Call Centre and Corporate Office will close at 4:00 PM the day of the meeting in order to prepare for the AGM.
