Updates To Banking Hours and Service - COVID-19 Update

As the Province of Ontario updates its restrictions on public interaction, Luminus will be making the following updates to our banking hours and services to ensure continued access for our members while providing the highest level of safety for both the community and our staff. We want to thank you in advance for your patience and compassion.

Updated branch hours - December 1, 2020

As of Tuesday, December 1 the Downtown Financial Hub and Weston Branch will be open by appointment ONLY with COVID safety measures and social distancing in place.

Financial Hub 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday - Thursday
Weston Branch 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Tuesday - Friday

The following health protocols will be in place while in the branch:

  • All visitors will be asked to stand and/or sit at least 6-feet or 2 metres apart from other visitors in the branch
  • Visitors will be required to use hand sanitizer and are asked to bring and wear their own face mask when they enter the branch.

ATMs are an easy way to access your money

As a credit union member, you also have access to the Ding-Free network which includes thousands of local ATMs which are entirely free to use for cash withdrawals and deposits. Find out more about the Ding-Free network here. We recommend being extra vigilant and using hand sanitizer or washing your hands after handling any ATM.
